We hope you're all doing well. We're having a great spring so far. The weather here has been really nice. Scarlett is growing like a weed and is such a joy. When we took her in for her 2 month well-check, she was 12.2 pounds and 23 inches long. That was the 75% for weight and 95% for height! So, she's doing great!
Her hair has started to come out and is very thin or gone on the sides - but is still there on the top and back (although thinner than before). So, she kind of looks like she's wearing a wig! LOL! The color right now is still coppery red. But, I'm not sure if it will stay or not - the new hair looks like it might be lighter. We'll just have to wait and see! She's wearing all her 3 - 6 month clothing now - already all the 0 - 3 are too little. I can't believe that time is already over! :(
She is smiling all the time now and even laughing a little bit. She is cooing and making lots of 'talking' noises, which is so cute. She's got an adorable smile.
She is adored by her grandparents and cousins (and it goes without saying, adored especially by us!). They are all just crazy about her. Stella and her little play group all play with a doll called 'baby Scarlett' now, whenever they play together, which I think is so cute!
We went to Disneyland last weekend and took her with us. Obviously she's too little to enjoy it. But, she was such a good baby and just rode along in the stroller or hung out in her little front-carrier thing that I wear. She loves to be carried in that thing!
She's sleeping well now - going about 7 hours in the night. She's also taking three good naps in the day. She's also eating well...about 4 ounces every three hours throughout the day and evening.
Enjoy the pictures. I feel like none of them are super exciting...as far as 'where' they were taken or anything. Most of them are of her in her little bouncy chair! LOL. I'm kind of a home-body when my babies are little, I guess. I feel like they are happiest when they are at home.
Hope you're doing great!
Sleeping with Grandma at Disneyland. This hat you gave her, Kinsey, was quite the hit! People were stopping us left and right to say how cute she was in that hat.
